What is the fee for BK Finance service?

In most cases we are paid a commission by the lender which suits your borrowing needs. On the few occasions that the lender does not pay us that commission we will charge you for the service provided. It is very seldom that this is required and you will always be advised before any fee becomes payable.

How many lenders does BK Finance have access to?

We have over 40 lenders available to us. Almost every lender offering variable rate loans, fixed rate loans, lines of credit and specialised loans like bridging and low doc loans. Across all those lenders there are hundreds of loans to choose from, not something you would like to be doing without an expert at your side.

How Much Can I borrow?

Using our special software we will quickly let you know the answer, not just with one lender, but across a range of lenders which will suit your borrowing needs.

How Does BK Finance find the most suitable loan for me?

We will go through a carefully structured fact find to determine what is most important to you. Then we will match that with a lender product which best suits your requirement. You will then have an understanding of why we have chosen the lender and that loan.

Will you help with the paperwork?

BK Finance lending specialist have years of experience not only helping clients complete loan application forms but also they have expert knowledge of the supporting documents required by the different lenders.

Do I have to follow up with the lender?

No, we will stay in contact with the lender and you throughout the process. If there are questions which we can answer, we will take care of these matters. In need we will help you to provide the lenders with what is required to keep your application moving and make sure that you received the best possible outcome.

Is my BK Finance Mortgage advisor fully qualified?

We are trained mortgage professionals who take your trust very seriously. We have undertaken to:
